When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide and a record of how it was submitted:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Property details: address, property type, condition, timeline to sell, reason for selling, and any notes you choose to add.
• Consent record: the exact disclosure shown to you, which contact methods you authorized, and the date and time you agreed.
• Source and technical data: referring site, UTM campaign parameters, the page you submitted from, your IP address, browser user agent, and form timing.

We use your information for one purpose: to verify your request and match you with a single local provider. Specifically, we:

• Confirm your contact details and the consent you provided.
• Score the request for quality so it reaches the right provider.
• Deliver the request exclusively to one matched provider in your area.
• Maintain a proof record of the verification, score, and routing for the introduction.

Your request is delivered to one matched provider, exclusively. We do not sell your information, and we never auction or share it with a pool of agents. Beyond that single matched provider, we share data only with the service providers below that help us operate, and only as needed to run the service.

We contact you (and authorize your matched provider to contact you) only through the methods you explicitly agreed to. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp as part of your proof record. You set the rules, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or asking your provider or us to stop. Opt-out requests are honored across the platform.

We retain consent and disclosure records for as long as required to comply with applicable law (consent records are kept for several years to meet telephone-consumer-protection and related requirements) and are not casually deleted. Other request data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse protection on the request form.
• TrustedForm: independent certification of your consent, when enabled.
• Stripe: payment processing for provider billing (sellers are never charged).

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
